CDD Not honouring a Booking arrangement

My complaint is not so much with Capitec, but with their service provider CDD Couriers. I opened up a new account with Capitec and they had to deliver the card. CDD made contact with me to deliver the card and an agreement was made to deliver card on 15 December 2022 between 13:00 - 15:00. They could not issue an exact time. Firstly they phoned me at 09:44 and they asked if they could deliver. i told them no as i am not onsite. They again phoned me 12:23 and i told them the arrangement was between 13:00 - 15:00. 13:41 they phoned me again and i told the lady i will be home at 2PM. I arrived home before 2pm and no one pitched. i phoned the *** number and the most useless people on the face of the planet. They Told me that i have already missed one appointment, where do they come from, i never missed the appointment, they phoned me before the appointment time and i told them i wont be home until that time. Now i phoned them 10 times already and i am not being assisted. This is pathetic to say the least. It makes you wonder why we are still doing business with these type of fellas.
