CCS LEGAL REFUSES TO HONOUR COURT ORDERS! RUN!
I had no choice but to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman due to Capitec defying a COURT ORDER FOR 11 DAYS! They are so quick to LIFT THE HOLD ON THEIR CLIENT'S BANK ACCOUNT yet they are telling me I will GET MY MONEY IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS! The amended Court Order you asked for was sent 2 hours later on 12 December 2025, yet your CCS Legal team chose to respond on 22 December 2025 after multiple follow ups. Your Complaints department is just as useless!
