CCD & Capitec Bank

I ordered my bank card from Capitec a week and a half ago. CCD Couriers were due to deliver it on Tuesday, however they could not make the delivery due to them being too busy. I chose a date that i would be able to collect my card whilst working from home. I have had multiple agents call to make the delivery on a days and when im at work. I had to repeat myself multiple times. CCD dont you think I would have placed my work address if i wanted the delivery at work? Now you'll want to inconvenience me for yourselves. Mind you, i needed the card before the 24th of May 2026. What kind of incompetence and pathetic customer service is this???? I do NOT recommend anyone to use CCD couriers ever! @Capitec why are you using a company that is going to make you lose your customers??? The inconvenience is appalling!
