Cashsend not recieved

I cashsend my self money as I didn't have my bank card, just after I put in my C number and pin at the spark ATM then boom loadshedding, which lasted for less than 10minutes tried at the same spark to try punch in C number and pin again but was notified invalid transaction, called the helpline number to try report the incident was told the money shows as it was withdrawed...which I never got! This is not the first time this thing happens! I need my money back as these spark atms have a lot of faulty! Ref number I got was ***6
