Cash Withdrawal not received!

I was at Capitec Bank Sandton City Branch on 11 November 2025, I went to withdraw a R200 from my account, I selected the withdrawal amount, opted for no receipt and then I did not get the money from the atm. I ran back into the branch a few minutes later after realizing I only took my card out and did not get the R200 to report the incident as I am less R200.

I was advised to contact the call centre which i immediately did to report this and was then advised that an investigation will be conducted. I received no feedback from the bank, no emails, no sms or even a phone call, I have been reaching out every day after the 11th for feedback. Yesterday i was told if the money is not reversed then I should call back today.

I was advised today that my claim was rejected and told that the money was taken in less than a minute.... BY WHO the ****??? Tell me it was taken by someone else but don't just say it was taken you mother****ers give proper feedback! I want my money and I am going to cause a scene at the branch within the hour.
