Cash withdrawal correction fee

There's this ATM of their's in klerksdorp at the MEPF building that whenever I attempt to make a withdrawal it approves then suddenly that ATM doesn't dispenses the money instead it does a correction in my account, now what bothered me was the fact that I now have made a R10 correction fee payment. Why is that when I'm not the one responsible for the error
