Cash withdrawal case
I withdrew money from ABSA Atm using capitec card, the ATM malfunctioned and I couldn’t receive all my money(R700) was short. I opened a case with Capitec and there is no feedback so far. I received a feedback from Absa that Capitec is responsible for assisting me further with balancing the ATM transaction and processing any potential refund. Please assist
