Cash withdrawal at ATM

Firstly I got very bad service from the customer care line and couldnt get my issue resolved, was sent to go to a branch, went to a branch and again no result!!!

After the ATM at the garage didnt give me the money I wanted to withdraw, now I have to wait 7 to whatever days for a mistake their machine made!!! So now I have to suffer, is this fair???? Their is cameras at the Total garage go check them and sort the issue out, how can I accept to wait 7 days or more for the machines mistake?? Unexceptable!!!

Will rather move back to another bank, never had this issues with FNB before and we use them aswell!!

Very disappointed!!!!

Bad bad service, its like they dont even care about the clients!!!
