Cash stollen inside ATM

i was withdrawing cash at the capitec atm, Madeira Street, Mthatha. I requested R4000 cash from my account. After putting in my pin i waited for the money to be send out the slot. No money came out, although i received the normal sms of the cash that was withdrawn from my account. after waiting some time i went i went inside capitec bank for help. they said there were no cameras and they also phoned Capitec head office for assistance of which they could not help with anything to resolve. i still have not received the money back into my account despite my loss .
