Cash Sent Pending

On the 25th April 2025 I did a cash sent for an amount of R1500.I gave it to someone to withdraw it then she call me that there was a mistake happened I must change the pin for her then I logged in my capitec app to do so I found the status of the cash sent saying pending and I called Capitec I was not helped even now no one is helping they always escalating I have talked to more then 10 agents no one helped me .Capitec is failing us as clients even Checkers because the money was withdrawn there that's were the problem started.
