Cash send unwithdrawable

I did a cash send few days ago and the status changed for someone reasons from unredeemed to pending and I called Capitec and was assured that the matter was resolved and to date the matter is not resolved and cannot withdraw the money . It drives me mad that I always have this issues with Capitec and so many people are complaining . Capitec is playing with our emotions and that was my last money
