Cash send unredeemable ***** 2023

Got sent a cash voucher, when I was about to redeem it. I was told that it has been withdrawn already.

which is odd because I'm the only one who had access to the code and reference, the person who sent the code called the customer care and was told that the voucher was redeemed.

Tried checkers and the ATM got the same thing, I do not understand how this would have happened
