cash send release

11 July 2024 i received an amount of R15000 from my baby daddy to cover kids needs but due as i was far from home i made two cash send amounting to 5000 my mom couldnt retrieve those cash send cause my account was now under investigation a week later an amount of 9000 was released into my account but the cash send were on hold i have been enquirying about them a case will be opened but will be closed without any feedback being given i had to update the app but after the updated the cash send were unavailable i made a call to ask about them as usual a case will be open but will closed without any feedback i called a consultant assisted me and said the ***** department says i should download a banking app then go into the branch so i can go reset the pin but i have an app already and those cash send are not showing on my side but the consultant said she can see them on her end i did so but a consultant from vosloorus by the name of liyema was told to send an email to the ***** department she did and also said she doesnt understand why its hard for them to release as they were able to release the balance of 9000 they were supposed to been release into my account after thirty days but nothing happened and still get sent from pillar to post even now regarding those cash send as they found nothing reason they released the 9000 back to me i need my money its been long capitec are *****sters
