Cash Send Redeemed On Capitec App But I Did Not withdraw it.
Hi Capitec, I did a cash send on the 2th of October exactly at 21:51 and right after the maintenance the very next day the cash send History says Cash Send Redeemed while I have yet to withdraw the fund's please help, I have yet to contact the customer service support.
Please Help.
