Cash send query

This so called bank are just a bunch of **********, I sent money via cash send on the 25th of june... The recipient never redeemed, when I went to their branch to redeem it for him as it was still written unredeemed on my app, that was on the 3rd of July, automatically it changed to redeemed. Made a query with their branch, they told me to wait 1 - 2 days, it's already the 7th and these bunch of losers never did anything to return my money. I demand my money you pathetic entity.
