CASH SEND PENDING
yesterday 13/08/24 I couldn't withdraw my cash send due to a pending status. I don't know what that implies or what causes it but I can't be this ****en stressed with money that i have but can't withdraw. I have escalated the matter to Capitec and they are telling me about a waiting couple of days waiting period. I need to use the money as in yesterday. This business have no idea how much of financial stress everyone is going through and instant of keeping their bankers happy they come as unreliable. After i have resolved this issue, i am leaivng this bank. BULL**** of a financial institute.

Capitec bank is frustrating, more especially on days when the service needs to be top notch. give me a valid reason why it will take a couple of days, when a cash sent takes a few seconds to go through?????
