Cash send not dispensed from atm

I am absolutely seething with rage after being subjected to the most *********** display of customer service I have ever witnessed in my entire life. It is an absolute disgrace that your machine failed to dispense my hard-earned cash, yet your system has the audacity to let that money vanish from my account as if it never existed. I have been trapped in a hellish loop with your utterly useless call center, where I am forced to repeat the same infuriating details to a new, clueless agent every single time I call. Each representative provides nothing but empty promises and "log a new request" scripted nonsense that serves no purpose other than to waste more of my time. It is beyond insulting to be treated like a broken record by a company that clearly has zero interest in resolving a theft caused by their own faulty hardware. I am finished with the pathetic excuses and the constant back and fourth, can i get my money!!!
