Cash send nightmare

I just had the worst experience with Capitec cash send if only I read the reviews on here before hand I could've saved myself a lot of inconvenience. I didn't have my card on me so I decided to do a cash send only to be declined at two ATMs "voucher cannot be redeemed". Now I read that I have to phone them and use my airtime for something that's not my fault? Pretty pathetic. Glad I moved to FNB and only use this Capitec now and again.
