Cash send hacked

I sent money to a friend on the 16 of October vial "cash send" and when she went to withdraw the money it was already redeemed and when I inquired with Capitec I was told that the money was withdrawn on the 19th at Woodmead mall. there was no way she would have been in Woodmead on that day and at that time. on the 31st of October I sent the money to a total different person and they went to withdraw it the following day and it was already redeemed. When I called the customer services they told me there is nothing they can do.
