Cash Send ****

I have been banking with Capitec for many years I think over 10 years or so and this is the second time I'm ****med by the bank through cash send.

The first time I sent R200 through cash rent when I drew it the ATM bombed out I like the case the case was never even handled or I never even got a response then I opened another case on the 21st because this time it was R1500 in both times it was said that somebody would drew the money it's it basically it's it I would drew the money but I was there in the money didn't dispense
