Cash send

I've make a cash send for myself when I went to withdraw the money the bank went off line When I get inside the brach it's says redeemed I've locked in the complain 2 weeks ago even I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded the worse part is I'm the one who's phoning them every day to make the follow up the keep telling me they are still bezy with the case so I don't know how long must I wait to get my money back
