Cash Send

Cash send, tried to withdraw at Pick a pay. After pin entered Cashier said they can't assist as doesn't show successful on their side. Although money is definitely out of my account. Therefore the transaction just shows pending on my banking app. Went into Capitec branch they can't assist i must whatsapp on customer care. Which was not helpful at all. Pick a pay cant help or give the cash as doesn't who successful on their side. So who needs to get to the bottom of this... I need the cash and no one has answers.. Phoned capitec customer care. They will look into it but can take up to 3day ridiculous
