Cash missing in large deposits at capitec atm

I had banked a hefty amount made up of a few deposits for a third party at a capitec atm in Lenasia. The machine rejected some monies and accepted others. Kept sending me message 'invalid notes' but accepted the cash! It was after hours the queue was long. There is no privacy so I could not count each deposit, so I just did the deposit as the machine accepted the cash.! When I counted the receipts I realized that the total amount was not correct that some cash was missing.. I approached the bank early the next morning. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of 'Fawaas' I think was his name. He proceeded to the machine with me and advised that there was absolutely NO WAY that the machine could have counted my deposit incorrectly and and that the machine would have jammed in that case.. 'G Force' would then have to fix . I told him that I understood but if he could just register my query and check if the machine deposits balanced. He absolutely refused and insisted that that it was impossible and that 'G Force' would balance the deposits and as the machine was working there would be no issues. I am saying that the machine was saying 'invalid notes'. It was huge deposits. I counted my money at home. If the machine is extra what happens to my money as this guy refused to even take my details? And it would definitely be extra!!!
