Cash gone

I reported ***** on my daughters card in junr 2022, to date i have not been assisted by capitec. Someone took her card from me while i was ay the atm. I immediately reported it. When i went to capitec branch, it was confirmed that all her money was withdrawn after the incident was reported and the card should have bern blocked. The card was only blocked after the incident was reported. The reference nr. Is ***7
