Cash did not dispense from nedbank atm.

On the 15th augustI went to nedbank atm mall of Africa to withdraw money using my capitec card. The machine I used didn't dispense the cash but on the app the money was withdrawn.i went to capitec branch to log a query and I was told that I should wait for 7 days for the query to be resolved, after 7 days I called now they are telling me I have to wait another 30 days be cause the matter is still being investigated. I can't wait for that long I need that cash.
