CASH DEPOSIT FEES

Overall I don't have a problem with Capitec except their cash deposit fees (CDF) over the counter. I agree that as a bank you encouraging clients to use the ATM to do their deposits, but not all branches have this facility. In the West Rand, only Clearwater has this function. Being an ex Banker and client of all 4 major banks and now Capitec heading to be the 5th...their CDF I find to be the HIGHEST. Part of the reason for banking is convenience, but unfortunately Capitec falls short of it in this area.
