Cash deposit

Hi, I went to capitec to made a cash deposit on the 14/09/2024 and I put cash in my account the machine took the money then after its says technical arror I then went inside to the branch I reported the incident and they promise me that I will get my money after 24 hour. Yesterday I went to the branch again because there was no progress and the was for burial and they told me wait for another 48hour because the g4s collected the money on Monday and they have wait for them if there an extra money to the machine. I am so stress please assist me the funeral will be on Friday
