Case with Capitec Bank

Good day I want to report my case with Capitec Bank. I had ****med by deposited R3000 at Capitec Bank on the 22nd June 2022, I had noticed that I had been ****med and then on the 27th June 2022 I called Capitec Bank ***** department and told my story. They said to me I must opened the case and report at the police station because they want case number and the name of police station and I did so. On the 28th June 2022 I sent the detailed affidavit to them and responded back that they received it. Until to date there are quiet I didn't heard anything from them. Please can you help me as always you helped me.
