***** case unresolved

I have been a loyal client to capitec but they have dismally failed me , I was held hostage and the people took all my money R18 000 I didn’t choose that to happen to me but as my bank are you not supposed to at least help me unlike telling me there’s nothing you can do, that was the least answer I could expect.

I’m not holding anyone accountable but the people who took my money , this was money I had to use for my late moms tombstone and now it’s all gone. I’m sad and just need capitec to assist me
