***** case that is unsolved

Good day,i got jacked and my money was taken on 14 October 2024 and i reported the case. I was then told to wait 7-14 working days,come 14th day,i followed up and i was told that i must for 21 days, i kept on following up everyday and my case was not sold. I pnly get the response on 11 november 24 that tjey could not help me. I am not happy woth this as the money was taken under their care,and it was hiden in the savings sise,i dont fet how do i get ******??
