Case of David Versus Goliath - Capitec witholding my money

I am a Zimbabwean who has been staying in S.A. under the dispensation extended to us by SA government. There is a very small amount in my business that l need to pay my rentals and went to ATM and fail to take it. went inside the bank and was told permit expired, presented proof of application and still no joy.

DHA advised that Proof of application is enough to get the services but Capitec has taken it a step further. I was contemplating taking my money yesterday when l saw on TV that they are facing challenges financially, now they have grabbed my small amount, maybe it may boos them till l get my permit. till then will find other ways to survive..
