CASE NUMBER: *** DISPUTE OF A HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT

Dear Capitec,

Im writing to dispute again Suspecious ***** Case launched against My Capitec Account,

I had called capitec Bank for follow up, and they Advice to send an email

Case was Opened by Siyabonga Phakathi, he paid a reservation fee of R300 to my capitec account,on the 13/10/2026, he consent and registered over our online form to follow all our terms and condition, we also agreed to each other that he will view month end his room, since tenents has not moved out, but he came yesterday to our site and i wasnt available he then claimed it as ****

According to our Agreement between us and him we still awaiting for him to report month end if not, he can request a refund by then, and again it not ***** syabonga Phakathi registered an contested with us and our terms and conditions.

Please find attached proof of his consent and our conversation and i request you to communicate with me if more evidence needed, and also remove a hold on my account.
