I wanted to use my app as it was not working, went to Heidelberg brunch, printed out a bank statement only to find out that there have been funds deducted from my account. I asked if the teller could be able to reverse the money she told me that she couldn't as she had to call the people where the money was sent to and there's 50/50 that I might and might not get my money back. Opened a ***** case only for them to send an SMS stating that they couldn't help and the funds were utilised during the whole case thing.
