I have logged a case with capitec end of jan till today i'm being told the same thing that they are waiting for the external bank it's now mid April i logged a complaint last month even now. When i share this people they don't seem surprised cause clearly that's what Capitec is known for they very poor at their customer service. I should have stayed with FNB
