***** case
Capitec is the most useless bank I’ve ever seen . I had sent money to a ****mer to uses tyme bank and quickly reported . I was told to submit an affidavit and case number cause Tyme bank need those details in able for me to get the money back . I submitted a case and affidavit number . This happened on the 08/10/2024 but till now I haven’t received my money or a feedback from the damn Capitec bank . I am so angry of how ******** this bank can be

I went to Gugulethu branch and was told that there was not incident number that was found of mine clearly they closed my case though I haven’t got my money . Tyme bank haven’t received my affidavit and case number cause Capitec ***** never submitted the documents. Capitec is a **** . Even at the branch the didn’t help me . All I want is my money. And close Capitec permanently
