***** CASE

I had a bad experience with capitec bank regarding *****. I reported the ***** case on the same day I realised something was wrong with my account. They told me that I had to wait 14-21 days to hear the final verdict. I did wait and they said they were unable to assist and they told me I should go to Small claims court for further assistance. Small claims court said that capitec is supposed to help me get my money back, since the court needs the other person that needs to give my money back to me in person. I went back to capitec and one staff member told me that I'll never see my money again and she just laughed (talk about unprofessional). So clearly capitec doesn't care about their customers, they overrated for no reason at all.
