Capitec bank has bad customer service, Im trying to get the communication they sent to me in December regarding my ***** case but they sending me from pillar to post. I spoke to Ntombifikile Qabaka who put mew on hold for more than 5 minutes only to come back & infom me that she cant assist. This is terrible guys & not acceptable.
