Careless lazy people

<p>Have been calling Capitec bank headoffice just to talk to a consultant from 8:20 until 10:58 and all that i have received are endless unfruitful transfers which most of them are either dropped on my ear by some rude consultant who is lazy to put me in the right department or i get through to the useless swicthboard that jus drops my call. I dont know maybe there are now fees payable just for one to get through to a consultant.</p>
