Careless consultants

I had a loan from Capitec bank, which I was supose to return it until December 2016, then on July 2016 I lost my job, I went to Capitec bank in Eikestad mall and I gave all the necessary documents, But only to find out last year during job selection process that I've been blacklisted by Capitec bank my name is on credit beaur. I always wonder why can't I get employed, Capitec took my chances of getting butter and bread for my kids, because they blacklisted me. My question to them is why the insurance that was charged each month during my payment don't cover me, because now I'm stuck for no good reason. Why this is happening to me?
