Careful of Capitec Atm machines

I went to a capitec atm machine in honeydew shopping complex opposite zandspruit to withdraw R1000.00 the capitec atm machine only disburbed R400 and the remaining notes where stuck inside the machine. I was assisted by a lady that works at the shop who knelt down and looked through the money slot and noticed a few notes were stuck inside the machine but she managed to pull R400 and now I am shortchanged R200. Called capitec to log a query and was told that the investigation will take 24hrs and called again after that period to get feedback and now I am being told investigation takes about 7 to 14 days. You will be trusting the back you bank with only to be ****** and given the run around about money that I work hard for and that rightfully belongs to me. Please refund my money.
