Card Taken By Their ATM
I am so disappointed in capitec bank, when my bank card was taken by their machine, and when I need a new card I must pay for it, I do not understand why because the card was not lost or damaged but was taken by their machine, even when you stop the card there is no option to choose for a card that is taken by their machine, now I paid R70 for no reason.
