Card Stopped for No Reason

I'm very much disappointed with Capitec Bank, My account was stopped after someone reported me without my knowledge that I'm **********, a colleague of mine lost her capitec card a month ago so she used to transfer me cash then I withdraw on her behalf until she went to get another card so on Friday the 25.10.19 she transferred me money saying she misplaced her card,I told her I'm not coming to work I'll only see her on Monday I don't know how she took this cause she already sent the money and I was gonna send it back later after I finished my errands for the day.. I realised on Saturday afternoon that my account has been suspended without my knowledge now I cannot even send her money cause I'm blocked.. I have debts to pay and a daughter to feed I want my money then I move to another bank I'm done ka Capitec and their unprofessionalism , one time Its network now its this. No I'm done..
