Card *******

Good day.<br> On Saturday morning, i was going to work then i decided to go withdraw some cash. I went to an Atm near the brach then 2 guys were in the machine withdrawing. Then it was my turn i put my card, put my pin as normal. My card was swallon and didnt get the money. And 4minutes later, my money was withdrawn to a different brach while i was still at the atm in shock. I reported and they promised investigation but they denied my claim, advising me that these things happen to everyone. Now i'm so terrified to use this bank and the service i have received so far is really unacceptable and i feel violated. Please help me i need my money back.
