Card refuses to swipe

I have been struggling for some time now and the branches in town can't seem to figure out what the problem is. I have one of the new capitec cards and no where in town I can swipe. The card machines keep on telling me that I must retry my pin or that it's my last attempt. Then I must go to any bank teller in town to withdraw money with that exact same pin. I have made new cards and it doesn't help. And I refuse to go and make another one and must pay again and again. It just happened to me again. Standed in line to buy food only to come at the front so that the card doesn't want to work. Went to withdraw money and it worked. I have to carry cash all the time and it doesn't work for me.
