Card quality issues

I escalated an issue regarding capitec bank quality that the numbers easily wipe off. Every other bank card have their text embossed except capite. I was given reference numbers for my query after I complained to get a reference ..(Dineo .. ***2 incident ) which i was advised there is no refund for a card thats worn out in less that a year. I escalated this matter further .. for I refuse to be charged for a card that has poor printin quality., and i was given another reference ***3 on the 9th of June 2020... why doesnt capitec print their cards like banks... that printin can wipe off ..if yo cards get wet or stays with other cards... as for the service level agreement. What is the time frame to resolve a query logged on the 10 of June 2020
