Card mulfunction chip.

Capitec is ripping people off.

Firstly they provide you with a very low quality of card chip, promising that it's life span is 5 years. However, I had to change my debit card and my credit card twice in 3 years. Their chip will embarrass you and start mulfunctioning while you have to make a payment. I went to the bank to get a new card and guess what capitec charged me for their low quality card. I have other accounts with other banks and I have never came across such nonsense. Why should I pay for a new card while the fault is with the quality of the bank' s cards?
