card ****** money withdraw without Pin code

someone stole my Card and Withdraw Money dont know how they withdraw money without my pin code i dit open a ***** case on the 25 of April did sent all the Documents via Email now someone told me that i need to go to the branch with my Documents they should have told me to do that in the begining why only now i did make a case at the police station they never gave me any papers they keep them with them in a file so i did sent all my Documents via email nobody is calling me or email me about whats going for whats it has been 8 working days on whatsapp chat they tell me everyday someting els dont think the people knows what they are doing or they dont want to help me
