Card gets ****** in bank

Hi<br> <br> I was at the bank just now about 10h30 I stood in the cue to deposit (HAD N DEPOSIT SLIP)three people in front of me two people was told to wait on the side I get to the front then I get told they now must help the people behind me I did not jump the line !! then I asked for the manager she was rude and told me they will not help me I put my card plus the R4000-OO on the counter then suddenly my card is gone look at your cameras the card was put on the counter with the money. This is the second time I had this experience.(Capitec Agatha str Tzaneen)<br> <br> I refused to stand aside because I was in front and expected to be helped not to be told other people must be help behind me.<br> <br> I include photos of teller and Manager ,I want my card that was taken by the teller.!!<br> <br> The service is not on standard for a manager to tell me they won't help me and then my card is gone !!! not acceptable.<br> The manager did help me but still my card is gone !!!! (this after an argument) she refused me taking a picture of her hand up to block the camera.<br> <br> Please advise as to what is going to happen as I will escalate this incident to newspapers and higher if needed.<br> <br> [Email Removed] no go !!
