Card *****

Thank you Capitec Bank for the speedy response. After filing a ***** complaint on my card, they escalated my case and within minutes refunded the ****** amount! It took 5 working days to take this action (I was told it could take up to 14 days). Although they charge R160 for the trouble of doing the detective work on my behalf, I am still grateful that Capitec Bank put their money where their mouth is. Herewith I want to commend the Glenfair Pretoria branch for their continued friendly service.
