Card Error

On the 21st February I made payments with my card and I was told that the speed point cannot read my card therefore I was not given a slip ,I then went to the atm to withdraw money to pay for my purchases . I then went to the Lenasia branch to withdraw some funds and I couldn't because the capitec bank ATM couldn't read my card , the consultant changed my card and I was given a new card .On the 23rd I went to inquire about my shorprite purchase at Campus Square branch and I was told those funds will be credited back to my bank account after 10days .Today I called the call centre to inquire and im told that those transactions went through successful ,which means I paid twice for one transaction .
